Once, transitioned to Florida in 2002, he was ready to create an agency that strives to provide the best environment for his associates and their clients. Michael’s experience with mentoring advisers ranges from those specializing in the medical field, business owners, high-income estate planning, family-focused planning, and young professionals. Educated on the producer psychology of the business, Michael is diligent in standing by his agents through guidance, support, and care so they too, can become thought leaders themselves. 

Michael enjoys meeting individuals who are passionate about creating positive change in their community. Outside of the office, Michael looks forward to boating, walking on the beach, playing sports, and spending time with his family, which consists of his two daughters, a son-in-law, and grandchildren.
